Jess entered a weight loss challenge against her relatives and needed to supplement her workouts with deliciously healthy meal regimens. Jess chose Fitlyfe as her nutrition coach for her 5 week challenge. She was very communicative with Coach Ice on her likes, dislikes, and food portions (too much food or not enough). For 5 weeks Coach Ice designed precise meal regimens that actually didn't feel like a diet. Jess is not only a grinder but her cooking skills are on-par.
